hi matt
the blue is the best for our use, as it is very flexible ,even in the cold
instead of using a tap you can just pinch the pipe,
if you get some buy it in bulk as its getting harder to get hold of it at a
decent price

the blue is a lot more pliable than the clear matt
i find the clear all right in temps of 10 deg plus but when its cold
its a pain.
just posted this on the academy site matt.
well i have had a brilliant day with this hose jeff
nice to have a hose that behaves itself in the cold
dont know how durable it will be , just have to wait and see
first impressions , great bit of kit and well worth it |

Just had delivery of their 300ft roll for £44.66 inc delivery. Its different to my old blue algarde, which you could see the water going through. This one is totally opaque and a brighter light blue. Have cut the last 30ft bit off the roll as its got flattened within the roll. So whats left is approx 270ft, using the small flojet I am getting a flow of approx 1/2 pint or 300ml with the hose partly unrolled approx 70 ft.You get slightly better flow with the hose unrolled. It all fitseasily into one small hozebox cartridge roll.
I reckon 200ft will do me so will cut some off tomorrow.
How you getting on with yours Mike ? _________________ THE ELECTRIC WINDOW CLEANER http://www.electricwindowcleaner.com Featherlite lightest/cheapest 60ft pole on the market. http://diywaterfedpole.co.uk/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=412 The original diy backpack. Make money, save your life, build a wfp. |
